2015 Beer Nuts festival planning
All-
We are bumping up the date for this years festival to August 29, 2015. We need to start meeting to plan this festival ahead of the schedule.
I'd propose the first meeting in the Month of April, and then we need to meet monthly until we get into the final weeks, then we will bump up the schedule to bi-weekly.
Please post if you are interested in participating, and if any days DO NOT work for your schedule.

We will plan on the 22nd at third base brewery. I'm inclined to meet at 730 or 8PM but I'm open.

I can't make this one, but am interested in helping.
Couple thoughts.
I think we have the posters covered by Joe's wife, but I have a friend in CF that does screen printing, signage, etc if anything else is needed.
Once we get a final draft of the poster I would like a digital copy to plaster on FB and Instagram.
Get this on the main part of the site under upcoming events ASAP, I will link it to the FB page immediately
Any other ideas on the social media to get the word out more I am all ears.
