Founders Beer Dinner at Zeppelins

7 courses, 7 beers, including CBS! I'll try to post the menu tomorrow, as my email doesn't want to update for some reason...

Apparently, they need to work on their marketing, because I haven't seen anything about this on FB, or anywhere else.

This was crazy good!!! The kitchen had a blast doing this, too. Carbonated, hopped (Citra) vinegar for the opener dish. Popcorn infused grits, GTFO!

I had a lot of fun, too! My friend's wife at the table kept giving me 1/2 of her dark beers! Who can say NO to extra CBS, Big Luscious, and year old (2014) Curmudgeon?

The Zep staff said that now that they've "broken the ice" on doing beer dinners, they would like to do more. Possibly in the early planning stages - Lagunitas!
