Just a reminder, Benz Beer Fest is this Saturday. The pouring starts at 1 pm for the VIP ticket holders. We usually start setting up between 10:30 and 11. Let's make this another great fest!

If you are planning to bring beer, please enter them on our festival web app, at http://crbeernuts.herokuapp.com/. This will allow us to plan out our tap rotation. So far only 7 people have signed up 13 beers. We could use more. You do not need to bring full kegs (or cases of bottles).

It would be nice if we could so I mine can get cooler than sitting in my cellar currently. My keezer is at fermetation temps currently.

Added another beer in bottles. Come on people, we need more than 7 people bringing up to 3 beers each when we have A LOT more members.

I'd like to come, but if I could make it I wouldn't be able to stay the whole time due to kids and family stuff. Is this a club fund-raiser, or just a fun event?
(I have all day marked off for the Aug 29 fest though)

We usually receive some funds. You don't have to be there all day. Any time or beer you have to contribute is very appreciated.

Matt said at Big Brew Day that we can drop off kegs anytime this week for Saturday. I plan to drop mine off on Friday.

I have a commitment in IA City until Noon, so I will get there "just in time" for VIP pouring.

Fingers crossed, weather report looks wet!

I will bring a case of bottles of Blonde Ale. It is actually 3 different batches of the same recipe, the only thing different is the water. I am curious to see if people can taste the difference.
