Food grade tubing question

Picking up a sink, faucet and associated plumbing tonight for $20. Hope to get it hooked up soon. House is all PEX so that shouldn't be difficult.

I read that CPVC is good up to 200* so maybe that will get the nod to transport wort from garage to basement.
