Was this event discussed at the August meeting? Is there a consolidated list of beers that the club is bringing? Someone please let me know.

Thanks

Dave,

I missed the meeting due to having to go to Kayley's new school for parent orientation. However, I do know that Larry had a list going of who was bring what to the Iowa festival of beers.

Yes, Pappy had a list going of who was bringing what and how much.

I plan to bring a 6 liter keglet of red wheat, but can bring a second one if we're short on beer.

Not sure what happened to the list but here is an on-line version from what I can gather on the site.

--Larry; keg Belgian Golden Ale
--Matt; keg Raspberry Porter, keg Hefeweizen
--Tom; keg of something
--Dave; ?
--Brian; usually out of town
--Travis; protesting
--Tim; out of town
--Jeremy; Beer?

Others? Add to the string and keep it going. Larry, do you have any to add from the list at Tony’s?

I will also bring the 3 tap box and co2. A spare tank wouldn't hurt if anyone is so inclined.

And can we use the wooden cover from 3rd Base since Travis isn't taking any beer?

What time do we need to be there for setup? I'm shooting fireworks at the Conesville bike rally Saturday night. I hope to be home and reasonably sober before to late Sunday morning.

Beginning to look like we have enough for the "hourly special" like at Benz. So far the count looks like 13 beers, so we could easily do a 3 beers/hour rotation (fest is 4 hours, from 1 - 5 pm).

Larry (or whoever has it) please remember to bring the white board, stand and markers, as well as the banner (w/some tiewraps for hanging it).

Fest is advertised to start a 1pm. So, we should start arriving at Noon, but no later than 12:30pm, to start setting up.

Who's bringing what for equipment, tools, etc.?

Prost!

I was thinking last year we started setting up at 11. That gave us time to "sample" the other wares before the orgy began.

Along with the tap box I have a bag of tools and spare parts. I don't have much for pnlock kegs though.
