Beer Nuts Family Picnic 2015

Post by daryl »

Marilyn and I would like to invite the CR Beer Nuts Families and Friends to our country home for a picnic and for the Club's BBQ Throwdown.

In keeping with last year and having the event after our annual Brewfest....we are thinking Saturday, Sept. 19 is a good and our first open date.

This is pretty low-key event and will involve great company, food, and (of course) beer; and in a family-oriented environment.

More details to follow, as they are known or as we get closer to the event; we'll take a headcount later...but save the date.

PM me if you have questions, concerns, or recommendations.

Cheers,
D

What do we want to have as the BBQ theme this year? I'd like to throw Pastrami in as a suggestion for something different.

Not sure if my family will be out or not. We have a birthday party for my step-mom to hit at 6pm. Good news it is in Springville so depending on when we leave, you won't be far away.

So brisket is the BBQ throw down this year? I have not seen anything saying that. If so I'm in.

Correction: I will not be there.

Is anyone abstaining from the bbq competition that will be able to run it?
