WTB - Electric brewing parts

Post by czubak »

Beginning stages of a basement brewery build and will be needing to buy the following items and thought maybe someone has started and never finished and wanted to sell some misc things. I am on a super tight budget, I will also be hitting the Restore store downtown.

-GFCI Spa panel
-10ga wire (both to run to the spa panel and SJOOW for the element chords)
-Stainless element

Other misc items
-Vent fan
-Utility sink

Thanks Dan. Not too worried there as it's under $2/ft and I doubt I need more than 10' if even that much.

I've got a 4-foot scrap of the 10-2 SJOOW and about 10 feet of 8-3 THHN that you can have. There's also some 6 AWG THWN, but you probably don't want that...

For the exhaust fan, I scavenged the blower from an old dryer. Works pretty well in the exhaust hood I bodged up using aluminum roof flashing.

Happy hunting!

Thanks Karl. Think I'll need 10-3 SJOOW cable. I'll be in touch if I can take the items off your hands.
