Mead making tech meetings

I have talked to several people about teaching a few mead classes. I am thinking of 2 or 3 classes/tech-topics for Feb, Mar, and maybe April. The first one will probably be simple melomels (fruit & honey). I also have the output of a barrel experiment that I did a year or so ago. And I have a small yeast trial I did with ale yeasts for making small meads.

Let me know what topics interest you, and I will try to put together a plan.
