I think most everyone will have come and gone by 4 PM; but I hope some of the brewers will reach out.

This is another great opportunity to get information out about our club, and the general Cedar Rapids beer scene. He covered our tech meeting at Turner Alley about Belgian Yeast in Hoopla.
He knows about the wort rally, and I told him a bunch of beernuts would be brewing tomorrow at about the same time. He would like to do a quick fly by interview with some of the Brewers participating in the rally. Questions may include topics such as; What is your plan? How long have you been working on your beard? What smells Squatchy? and maybe a picture of you and your system.
He will be at Lion Bridge around 4 to talk to some people during the wort pick up. I told him I would try to get some names, addresses, and times that people would be brewing tomorrow night.
If you are interested please reply with your name, address, and time you will be brewing by 2:00 pm tomorrow. I will forward the information to him.
In the Fridge/On Tap: English Bitter, Schwarzbier, Cream Ale

In the queue: Irish Red, American IPA
Well, shoot.. I hope no one notices that I'm taking yet another hour of vacation of a Friday. It's fine. Early morning drive tomorrow to Madison WI anyway...
2 batches brewed, yeast pitched, and all cleaned up. Except for some scrubbing on the stove top. Had to brew the 2nd batch in 2 pots on the stove. I am not setup to do 10 gallons. And yes I had a boilover on the stove.

Cal, check with me in the near future, I'll be getting rid of my 15gal pot when I buy an electric setup.
Schedule dictated my recipes... 2 gallons fermenting unboiled with hops and yeast, 10 gallons kettle souring before I boil and hop it then split between all-sach and all-Brett B.
Disasters impending !
