Spring cleaning give-away

Post by karl »

It's time for spring cleaning at the Laughing Kitten Home Brewery. I've got a few things that may be useful. They're free to anyone who promises to use them to make adult beverages.

First are three glass carboys: two 6-gallon and one 5-gallon. These are useful for wine or mead where longer aging without oxidation is desired. I just don't need five of them anymore.

Next, a multi-jet burner for natural gas. I don't need this in the inventory since I've switched to electric heat. Or, you could use it as a lawn sprinkler.

Finally, there are four "economy" tap faucets from Rapids and a collection of spare seals and seats.ImageImage

OK, Andrew, you've got it. Do you want the one with the stick-on thermometer or the one without? Both optionally come with handles.

Daryl, you've got the other carboy. I'll let you and Andrew figure out who gets the one with the thermometer.

ProBarley, you've got the burner if you still want it.

I'll bring all the items to the next meeting (tomorrow).

Sorry, but the fellow that uses the handle ProBarley has it. He wasn't sure it would fit his need. So, it might become available again.

Thanks for the note Karl. The peach melomel turned out at 12%, but is taking its own time settling out. Tastes a little "raw" right now. I might be back in CR for a visit in August. I'll bring a bottle with your name on it.
