Mike's post said the 28th for the planning meeting, not this coming Tuesday (21st), which btw is the night of the MW League All Star Game.

Bad news - I'm not going to be able to make the event. Turns out I have family coming into town next weekend so I'll be unavailable.

Thanks for the clarification Tony...so I will do a pickup tonight at 6:30 PM; and again on Wednesday (time on Wed TBD).

No more Midwest League All Star Games for me - the last time it was held in Cedar Rapids (or maybe it was two times ago), they let a hard fought game end in a tie. A tie....in baseball  ?!?

To bastardize a film quote - "There no tying in baseball!"

Wednesday night at LB is the tasting with Dumpling Darling. I went to the last one - seriously tasty. She's actually in the kitchen at LB making the dumplings and cooking them in house!

Where is that quote from? I'd guess Tom Hank's character in a League of Their Own?

Hmmm, dumplings, might have to see if there are any tickets left. Otherwise, do you know if the place is open to serve beer to civilians?

I'm heading out of town tomorrow evening. Unless someone in the area speaks up about being able to take my growlers, I'll not have them at the event.

Edit: Daryl is going to help me out, thanks

Yes, Tom Hank's in League - "There's no crying in baseball."

Looks like there's still tickets available to the dumpling tasting.

They usually have these events on the right (brewery) side of the pub and the left (bar) side and outside are open to the public.

Ten participants have listed their beer on the Herokuapp; those participants have a * with their name.

If you have listed on the Herokuapp, I am assuming:
1) You are pouring on Sunday and that if you want your beer submitted for evaluation
2) If you want your beer evaluated, you either have already submitted your bottles, or will do so on Wednesday, or you are not interested in having your beer evaluated.

Gentlemen, I really do not have a clear picture as to who is going to show up on Sunday and what your needs are going to be to support the pouring your beer.

I need your timely response in order to plan for the appropriate number of pouring stations.

Everyone, please reply to this post and let me know:
1) How many kegs are you bringing on Sunday? How many pin-lock and how many ball-lock?
2) How many growlers are you bringing on Sunday?
3) If you have not registered your beers on the Herokuapp, please do so for The Recipe for Disaster at Lion Bridge. This is the tool we use to create the pour list.

PLEASE RESPOND NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, JUNE 23, 6 PM.

Lion Bridge is planning on paying for the license to get us in the parking lot to pour....Remember, this is no ordinary CR Beer Nuts Happy Hour...IT"S A DISASTER! So let's fill that parking lot with BEER!

I will be at the pour on Sunday. Where is it at and what time does it start?

I will have a 2 1/2 gallon ball-lock keg with my product.

I am having trouble with the site for registering our products. I will try to get that fixed tonight.

Daryl, I'll be bringing two (2) 5-gal ball lock kegs of my beers, which are registered and you have my entry bottles.

How early do you want us there on Sunday to set up?

Are we going to pour them all simultaneously, or will we be doing tap rotations? I think it would be awesome if we could set up and pour them all at the same time. It would blow people's minds!

I'll have 2-3 gallons of my beers in growler. I have to get on my laptop to load them into the app. I'll do that today.

Will we have some shade out in the parking lot? It's supposed to be 91 on Sunday and looks like some rain so will probably be humid too.

I will be pouring on Sunday. I have two ball lock kegs. I will pour with my portable draft system unless we use something else. I get to town Saturday so no problem getting ready on Sunday.

I'm going to try to clean off a few hours of my Sunday schedule. I do not have my own portable system.

I'm having a hard time finding out "when" from searching the forums today.

Also--- Should I just bottle off .. eh.. 12 more of each tonight, or bring growlers, and/or gallon glass jugs rather than bringing kegs?

What's the consensus?
