2016 Festival Planning Committee
2016 Festival Planning Committee
The first committee meeting is Wednesday, May 25th 7pm at Iowa Brewing Company. Please attend if you would like to help us put together the most important event event or the year for the Beernuts.
Tasks complete to date:
- Online ticket sales are live on Eventbrite
- Paper tickets, Benz has them for sale and I have another 140 left at home.
- band is booked.
- Tap list is up on crbeernuts.herokuapp.com please add beers for the fest at any point.
-advertising business cards are around town. BIY, Benz, wherever else club members spread them on st. Pat's day. I have about 600 left.
- porta johns are booked.
- draft festival poster
- Sausage Foundry for the food vending.
Outstanding tasks:
- marketing plan! Radio, ads
- finalize fest posters
- bar / tent planning
- fest layout plan
- communication with other brew clubs
- beer toe tag plans
- other tasks I forgot at the time of this post [emoji3]

Post a sign on the IA Brew Co door to direct folks to the meeting.
My vote - Parlor City, so we can sit outside and enjoy this lovely evening! I'm going straight there. Look for me on the patio around 7:45pm.
