Per last nights discussion - ordered 432 glasses from Grandstand. Same design as last years - Libby #249 (5 oz Esquire Side Water).

Note: I looked at the pilsner style that we've used before. The price is the same, but the area for the art work is much smaller.

Once the order is confirmed by them, I'll send the invoice to Dan for reimbursement. Order is on my credit card.

New business from last meeting:

Tony to order glasses: complete.
Andrew: new bar to be complete by end of July.
Randy: need to confirm Batas for fest.
Dan: need to pick up 3 CO2 tanks. 5#
Daryl: contact clubs for confirmation of attendance.
Eric: club to purchase 6 tapper set from him. He'll build the 3rd smaller bar. Club to reimburse him for 6 faucets, wood, and tubing.
Eric- print posters once Batas is confirmed.

Plan to have a growler and bottle station. No kegs at this station.

Marketing: all Facebook boosts. Mike to discuss with Dan. Will do hoopla and WMT.

Did we pick a date/location for the next planning meeting?

Thinking we should meet early in the week of the next Club meeting (21st), so we have latest status to report to the rest of the Club.

I won't be around the week of the 18th so I'll miss the regular meeting. I propose Monday the 11th 8pm at bricks.

Hey guys,

I talked to a couple guys in the IAMNSOB club from northern IA/southern MN last weekend. They seemed interested in attending the fest. Is it too late? I'll try to post their contact info when I get home.

Make sure to set someone up as the club admin. This will allow them to approve their members for app use. Wouldn't be a bad idea either to ask current clubs who should be their admin.
