1.00 oz Saaz [5.00 %] (0 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep)
1 Pkgs Belgian Ale (Wyeast Labs #1214)

Sometimes those are the best beers. Made an all amarillo hopped brown ale once that was pretty good with the leftovers myself. I called it Chocolate Thunder in honor of mr Dawkins of backboard breaking fame. It was chocolatey and had the thunder of the hops.
