Madison brewery stop

Post by crcyclone87 »

The wife and I are traveling to Berlin, WI tomorrow to attend a 50th birthday party for one of her friends. We will be going through Madison at around lunch time on Saturday and was looking for a good place to get a bite to eat and of course have a good beer. Any suggestions?

Vintage is good and on the west side. Ale Asylum is up by the airport. My favorite is the Old Fashioned.

Matt, thanks for the suggestions. We stopped at Vintage on the way up. The food was great. The flight of beers I had were good, but the brewery seems almost like an afterthought compared to the restaurant. On the way back we stopped by Ale Asylum and took the tour of the brewery. I was very impressed with their facility.
