Can we use your warming trays too?
Yes
So... bring entries in a half hotel pan if you can?
Or Should we pick some up some disposable ones?

I'm headed to the Party Store tomorrow to pick up some disposables for myself, would be easy to get more. How many we think we need?

For beer, will we have one of the bars set up and be pouring from kegs? Or, should I bring growlers?

On Tap at the Laughing-Kitten Pub:

* Gluten Free Stoutish Ale
* Botched Bitter
* Club Barrel Robust Porter (cellar)
On deck/fermenting:
* Belle's Helles (cue AC/DC)
Well, the jockey box is here, but I did not plan to put it play.
I do have the corny taps...if you have buckets and ice....I can even provide CO2 - pin and ball lock.
So you can tap or you can growl it.....Tony is bringing a keg or two.
In the Fridge/On Tap: English Bitter, Schwarzbier, Cream Ale
In the keg: Wheat Beer, Russian Imperial Stout
In the bucket:
In the queue: Irish Red, American IPA
Probably easier to bring growers then. There still should be plenty of beer.

Would someone please bring a bottle of Barbecue Sauce? Just in case our attendees would like a little sauce on the side?
FYI - we have no Barbecue Sauce -
Thanks.
