For those participating in the Baltic Porter competition, I would like to request that anyone submitting bottle-conditioned beer to please note that on your entry sheets.
If it is noted on the entries, we can do our best not to disturb the sediments when pouring samples.
I will be picking up the Baltic Porter entries this evening. If you cannot attend, but have an entry, contact me and we will arrange for a pickup.
