My inventory of sample size jars of honey had dwindled, so I ordered a bunch more tonight.

They honey selection for the tech meeting will include: Eucalyptus, Blueberry, Cranberry, Raspberry, and Pine Barren (from Fruitwood Orchards in NJ); Alfalfa, Basswood, Clover, Goldenrod, Orange Blossom, and Buckwheat (From Draper SuperBee in PA); and Gallberry, Tupelo, and Sourwood (from Blue Ridge Honey in GA).

I have made mead with most of these and will have samples from about half of them.

I count 10 attendees including Dayrl and myself. I know Daryl will be bringing a guest.

Unless, there is a big upsurge over the next couple of days, I will be bringing samples in 375-ml bottles which is 12 1-oz pours. Just like the last class. This seemed to work out pretty well.

Me, three! Will likely show up early to have a pint and show them some love for hosting us.

Thanks Pat, for another great Tech meeting.

Lots of honey samples, some really nice mead....very tasty.

On the other hand, my blood sugar levels will never be the same!

And thanks to Another Road for sharing their Vinyl Night with us two months in a row.
