If we stay at 12. We could possibly use iBus Tours.

I am asking iBus Tours what they'd charge. They said they can fit 12 people.

Does this change the need for an overnight stay? If no, their fee will likely include a hotel fee; which could make their price prohibitive.

I will be interested in seeing their estimate; if the fee is not too high, it could be a good way to go.

Thanks for looking into this.

I'd be interested if there is a seat. I'd also be willing to drive and can haul 3 others.

I'm going to withdraw myself as well. Or "pull out" if you prefer.

Is the trip still on? Have the hotel bookings been updated?

We have a vision,

We have booked the overnight rooms.

We can get a vehicle.

But we need someone, 25 or older, to rent and drive the vehicle. Picking it up either Friday night or Saturday morning, and dropping it off Sunday afternoon. Expenses would include rental, gas, and parking expenses.

That someone will need to have the means to pay for the rental...Dan White can reimburse these expenses next week....well before any Credit Card bill arrives requiring payment.

The driver needs to abstain from beer on the trip out and back, until the van is parked for the evening.

As with the Madison trip, in exchange for your services, the Club will pay for the drivers dinner at El Bait Shoppe (or a similar venue).

If have no takers to fill this position by Thursday late afternoon, we may not have any choice but to cancel the trip this year...replan for next year sometime.

I am open to suggestions or proposals.

I'm 24. So I can't rent a vehicle. I think this trip is a wash.
