I'll volunteer to be the designated driver given that the club covers necessary insurance.

Now, how big of a tab can I run up at El Bait Shoppe...

Karl - Dan and I will visit with you about details on the rental, etc.

Chris Z can you be on the contract too? I would like a back up driver on the contract.

You will have either a Mini Van for the six of you...and if that is not available Cassill will provide the 15 passenger van.

Let's circle up just after the elections and talk about the Saturday and Sunday morning details.

You guys can setup your own agendas, I can recommend some breweries along the way in Marshalltown, Alluvia in Ames, and the one in Boone, and then on to Firetrucker and another one closeby, and then on to Des Moines to park the van an enjoy the city

And it would be nice to decide who is rooming with who...or if you want your own room...a bit pricey on your own....so I can release some of these rooms.

Cassill Motors will let you guys park on their lot if you would like to have that as a gathering place.

I am no longer able to go. I made other plans assuming this feel through. Plus I have a puppy at home I can't leave unattended

Works for me - but which one? There are several locations.

Given the head count dropped to three at the meeting last night, this road trip is cancelled.
