That's the base of part of the mead wine yeast strains comparison tech meeting you gave, right? I liked the ginger lime stuff.

Two 5-gallon batches start with bubbles in the airlocks. It was a good day.

The break is over. 7 batches of mead started, 2 batches of beer in bottles. Back to real life tomorrow.
