Gas quick connect

Post by karl »

A number of years ago (which I am not likely to admit) I acquired gas quick connect couplers from Williams Brewing. I have the female-side connectors on one of my C02 bottles (after the regulator) and enjoy the convenience of being able to rapidly interchange to some gas-side gear.

I'm looking to expand my collection of these connectors, both the male side and the female side, to increase the interoperability of my equipment. However, Williams no longer has these connectors and I'm trying to find another source. They look a little like the typical automotive QD like the Milton A-style, but they're a little different. The are Hansen 600-series, with the male side being a Hansen 08A. Hansen seems to have been assimilated into the Eaton empire, and I have not found a cross reference to other manufacturers for this QD.

Does anyone have any help for finding these? Or, am I out of luck and need to switch to some other type of QD?

Thanks for your advice, even if it's crazy.
