If I was still renting with no lease I would seriously consider it. Career change is in order

Looks like they recently opened "The Cellar Peanut Pub" in Pella.

In the listing, the sale does not include Trade names or Logos.

Seems odd to me...to open a new facility close by and then sell out the legacy establishment. I am wondering if they are going to claim all of their credentials in Pella (i.e. Voted Best...etc etc etc.).

If not buying the name and the legacy....unless they are making a ton of money, the asking price is high.

BUT, if I were to want to run a craft beer pub....it sure would look a lot like this one....seems like a nice place.
In the Fridge/On Tap: English Bitter, Schwarzbier, Cream Ale
In the keg: Wheat Beer, Russian Imperial Stout
In the bucket:
In the queue: Irish Red, American IPA

I didn't see any mention of a kitchen in either the description or pictures.

While you don't get the name/logo, you do get all the fixtures and equipment.

They do not serve food, makes me wonder how they kept the popularity, but it flat out works there. The name going bye bye is a turn off if for some reason I could make this happen

Used equipment can be had cheap. With this deal, you get the real estate, equipment, and some stock.

Their Pella operation looks really really nice; and I think will have more draw than in Oskaloosa.

No food, no brand, no legacy, smaller population.....$360K still seems expensive.

I think they were smart....the Pella operation is what they needed, expands the beer they can sell and the number of people to serve. Pella has many events through the year. I bet they do really well there.

All good points Daryl. Plus, while it is a cool looking building, looks like an expensive property to maintain. I can't say if price too high, I assume so though. I need some financials to audit to tell you what a business is worth. Bricks and sticks alone, easy, not worth it.
