I have started the boil for the Calypso SMaSH. Going big. We'll see how it turns out. 14.4% AA.

Secondary: Munich Helles, Rye Wheat, Cherry Melomel
Lagering in fridge: Hanssen's Cherry Kriek
Dry hopping: none
