Brewing 10 gallons of my Schawarzbier if anyone wants to stop by. I know several have wanted to see my BIAB setup and aside from one minor change for tomorrow (may try sparging with some held back water) it's working flawlessly and I am very happy with it.
I am off work at 430 and usually mashing in by 530. If there is interest I will hold off on starting too early.
