Hey guys, just saw on twitter that the equipment from Turner Alley is going up for auction. Details here: http://www.backes-auction.com/auction-details?id=244
Looks like there's some neat bits in pieces that I'm sure a few of us could use in our homebrew set-ups. Things like hydrometers, scales, some nice shelving, tools, etc.

We could all chip in and get the recipes and trademark! I'll throw in $5.
Okay that was mean. I kinda miss the place. Really too bad, but man the market is saturated now.

Yeah, I miss them too. But, I think their problem was the business plan and not market saturation.
The auction does include things that a home Brewer might want like grain and test equipment.

I thought that their problem was that the owner's wife got a job in California.

Yeah, they seemed to be okay, but Bill's wife got an "offer they couldn't refuse" out in Cali. At least that's the story I was given.TappedOut wrote:I thought that their problem was that the owner's wife got a job in California.
