I haven't seen the hardcopy yet, but I got the email version on May 10th.

Here's what the cover should look like.

Ive got BYO checking on this. They were submitted in early March to the subscriptions team.... so it should be here.

I have my copy. I have a one year cushion though. I purchased a regular subscription during a More Beer special last year so I had a cushion for our annual renewal.

BYO has confirmed this got stuck in limbo between their sales manager and subscription departments.

If you missed the May/June issue please post your name and I'll compile a list which they will push out manually.

If you don't have a online-subscription the following link is how you register.   The account number should be on the address block of your magazine.

My subscription is still set at expired...but, it also says it could take up to 7 days for transactions to be processed. It might take a week for Dan's request to get processed.

If you received the digital version, I am sure you will get the hard copy in due time.

As for me, I'll keep monitoring my subscription status and report here when it goes active.

I'll bet this will be all worked out within this coming week. I do not expect to see anything until next Friday, May 26...maybe Monday, May 29.

I logged into BYO and found my subscription has not transitioned to "Active".

Haven't received any digital e-mail notice or hard copy yet, but I am sure that is in the works.

I do have electronic access to the MAR/APR 2017 issue....so I think I'm good! BUT...now I look at the details of my subscription:

Says that the last issue I received was MAR/APR and the next issue will be JUL/AUG....I doubt the MAY/JUN issue will be coming to me automatically.

Just logged in and saw the same thing, Daryl. Also, I don't seem to have access to the digital version either? In fact, it won't let me look at ANY back issues digitally, even though I "own" them. WTF??

I pinged the subscription department with an e-mail to adjust my subscription. If that doesn't work, Dan will be getting back to BYO Dave to straighten things out.
