Hey everyone, just wanted to up the thread. The date is approaching! What's the plan around bringing the bar, set-up, and manning the booth?

I know there's at least a few of us coming, but it might be helpful to have a headcount/beercount.

I'll have at least one beer, maybe two.

I think Mike Hora has the tap box. I will message him and find out.
I'm bringing Rude Barb Rhubarb Berliner Weiss and Shoop, a NE style Pale Ale.

I returned the tap box to Matt at the club meeting before NHC. He was checking shelf heights in the trailer storage.

I have half a keg of my Green Tea Belgian Golden Strong I can bring. I'll be down there helping Tim with BBQ Roundup, so depending on how busy things get, I can help out a little pouring beers. I will bring my Orange shirt to wear.

I can supply the Durham Brown and the Basil Lemongrass Pale Ale. Not sure if I can pour.

Do we have anything to pour from for this event? I don't remember seeing anything in the trailer. NHC guys, was there something in the trailer to use? If there is a tap box/ or jockey box in the trailer I can go get it.

Does somebody know how to get into Matt's garage to get the tap box/jockey box? Do I need to contact Matt to find out how to get into his garage? He won't be back until after we need to be set up.

If I need to do this I need to know today so I can try to make contact with Matt, and get what we need tomorrow. I'm tied up the rest of the week helping Tim at BBQ Round Up.

If you can't get the club's, you're welcome to borrow my jockey box, but it only supports 2 taps. Also, it's heavy, but pretty. Also, tubs w/ ice and picnic taps is an effective, if not particular attractive, option.

I'm going to have spotty availability the next week or so, as I have a ton of family in town.

I thought the original plan was table small tap box that we used at the lager Lympics. I could also transport that one, but I have no clue who has it.

I can get into Matt's garage, and the trailer. I will get an appropriate beer pouring device either tonight after Festival Planning meeting, or tomorrow.
I will keep you posted.

Festival is from 4pm to 7pm. I suggest we get there to setup by 3pm. When Mike, Mark, and I set up for Lager Lympics, it took us probably right around 45-50min to get things all figured out. It's best if people have kegs there by 3:45pm.

I'm taking my daughter to a birthday party during the afternoon. Can I drop off my kegs with one of you on Saturday morning and then pick them up after the event?
