Under way with my first all grain. Hopefully I end up with a drinkable IPA.

Done and in the fermenter. Used 1oz cascade, 2oz el dorado, and 1oz falconer's flight. Mostly late additions. Got a total of five more oz. of hops for dry hopping.

I'm really excited, I used wlp007 yeast. After 2 days my hydrometer read 1.012, 78% attenuation so far.

Been about 67-68. Pitched a little under 75 and took straight to the basement.

Not sure what possessed me to crack a bottle tonight. But I'm glad I did, can't wait to share some with the club.

Bottled a week ago. Been sitting at approx. 73 degrees. I'll be curious to see how it changes over the next few weeks. I'll let it sit for a week until I try another bottle. I think my first all grain brew is a success.
