If you want to grab Friday so don't have any surprises Saturday that would be best. Return to Lee's when done. Sooner if you want but not a problem sitting here until the weekend.daryl wrote:That'll work.
When do you need it out of there?

Great. I will probably pick it up Friday then.
2-inch ball...correct?
And there is an adapter to go from (my) round connector...to the flat connector?
Thanks,
Daryl

Correct. 2" ball. Don't have a hitch for you but we do have the flat to round adapter. It is in the trailer.

I have a bumper hitch. I wanted to make sure I have the correct ball on it. I will make sure I have the correct one mounted before I get the trailer.

Daryl, when do you plan to be at the festival? When do you need help setting up?

Re: Independence BrewBQ August 26th
I would like to leave my place by 12:30 PM or a little earlier. That will get me to Independence in about an hour.
I'd like to have the trailer in place (either hitched or unhitched) no later than 1:30 PM. Then we have 90 minutes to setup, which should not take long; we will use the big bar and might have all of our beers on tap at the same time. We can supplement with keg taps, if we can find them in the trailer.
Does anyone know the status of the CO2 tank(s), in the trailer?

Re: Independence BrewBQ August 26th
The CO2 tanks for both main bars are mounted to the bars. Believe they both have gas. Not sure on status of other tanks. Batteries should be in good shape still from last week. Make sure to at least take a keg of rinse water to flush lines on bar you use. Should be able to return trailer to Lee's.

Here are the results of this year's Brew B Q, along with a thank you note. The event netted $7000 for the Jon Holland Impact Indee Endowment Fund.
These results are due in part to our participation, and of our friends at CRAZE, Independence Brewers Union #334, and MADCO.
Makes me proud to be part of the Homebrewing Hobby.
Thanks to all that participated. It was a blast and for a very good cause.
