Northern Brewer is doing their annual Columbus Day Sale; you can buy 3 kits, from a variety of 5, for $14.92 each.

This will be the only time I haven't taken advantage of that in three years. It's tempting though as I will have to brew on the kitchen stove likely for about a year in the rental in AZ. The cost of those kits, by the way are about the cheapest way of getting LME as I've ever seen. More than one has been split up by me and used for parts of other batches.

I've bought this the previous two years. Tempting again... but... the ownership change :(


With a minimash of rye, the "american session ale" (really a simcoe pale ale) was probably my favorite.
