Finally got around to ordering the ingredients for this, my last partial mash had terrible efficiency (like around 30% bad since I used too much grain for the system I have and it was a rye recipe) and so I deviated from the recipe a bit, calculated my effiency low. I'll let you guys know how the brew day goes, and if it turns out good will have to share some!

Thanks again.

Share it regardless. That's part of the beauty of this club. If you have a beer go south, we still share the experience so we can all learn from it. So next time our beer turns out less than perfect, we can use these experiences to say, "Hey, I think I know what went wrong, because so&so's beer tasted kinda like this and he said he had a problem with ..."

Sure, we might rib you a bit about it tasting like arm, or dogwater, but you can still feel the love while we're ripping on your beer!!

Drinking the first bottle of Dunkelweizen right now, and it tastes pretty good! It's the end of week 2 for carbonating in the bottle, usually I like the beer even better on the 3rd week. I already want another, I guess the ABV isn't high enough :).
