I'm thinking of presenting a tech meeting about building water profiles. If there's enough interest I'll make it happen. A possible date that works for me would be Monday June 11th at 8:30. But I may be able to figure out another date that doesn't work out. Please post here if interested and if that date works. As a bonus for those attending I'll be giving out free acid. Trippy!

OK, I think there's enough interest so I'm going to go forward.

Since it's a pretty big topic and we don't want to be there all night, please let me know what kinds of questions you have or how you want me to tailor the talk. Here's a few options:

the basics (brewing salt and acids, reading a water report, should we worry about it)
more detailed mash pH measurement and discussion
using calculators such as Brun' Water

We can always to follow up meetings to cover other topics.

Ok, Clock House Brewing at 8:30. I need a head count for the acid so please post if you know you'll make it. If you have specific q's or area you want covered let me know. We have limited time, so can't cover everything. We can have a follow-up later if people want to.

I am in. I would like to review adjusting PH, how you do it, ways to calculate on the fly, sparge versus mash.
