Livin the Dream Beer Release in July

For you folks not on other forms of social media, I brewed a NEIPA at Lion Bridge yesterday. We will be releasing it some time mid-july. We added something new and ran wort through the heat exchanger between end of boil and whirlpool to drop the temp to 170F before the whirlpool hop addition. Used Loral hops for whirlpool. Will be Loral for first dry hop, Cashmere for mid fermentation 2nd dry hop, then a whole bunch of Mosaic and Amarillo in the final dry hop. Yes, triple dry-hopped. Used a new pitch of White Labs London Fog. Should be awesome.

Watch for a release announcement for "Livin the Dream" NEIPA in the near future. And go try Majestic Beast. This batch is great!

Woo, hoo! One small step for brewers; one giant leap for Matt Franklin!

Release looks like July 18. Up to almost 5 lbs. per barrel for hops. Bumped up the Amarillo a notch.
