Yes, I parked there last year and Brian picked me up/dropped me off. If you luck out, there's some trees for shade.

I hope you guys had a great time today....thanks for going down and representing the club.

How was the new venue.....it seemed to me that unless one of the surrounding commercial businesses allowed using of their lots, parking was going to be an issue.

How was the draw?

Any interesting beers presented today from the collaborations or the other clubs?

New venue was cool, I like the layout. Right size for the crowd. I didn't hear numbers, but it would guess total draw just shy of 200, but it's hard to guess. There weren't many neighboring businesses to be had, so parking didn't seem to be an issue.

There were a ton of meads and fruited beers IMO. The coolest thing was that a few of the local guys did collaboration beers with the host brewery, Wake, and served those.

Overall I had a fun time. Club poured some great beer, and it was a pretty even distribution of what got poured which was pretty cool.

Second that! Was a fun day, up till the downpour just before we had to take everything down. But, we managed to get everything packed despite being wet.

Chatted with lots of the other brew clubs. Many are planning to attend ours and others are "working on it." Loved the Collab idea - something to definitely consider for our event next year! Lots of tasty beers/meads/ciders on the day. Crowd was definitely appreciative of our stuff and liked the wide variety of styles we had, too. I liked the new venue. It felt more homogeneous than the old one with the big gazebo in the middle that really broken it up into two distinct groups. I didn't hear any complaints about parking. The guys put on a nice event!
