My wife will be making some sushi. If you have had it before, prepare to be wowed. We tried a different sushi rice and it is way better than what we used before.

Thanks for hosting, Matt. And thank Cammie for making the delicious sushi.

Good crowd, and a nice send off for Larry.

Thanks to everyone that made it out. I really enjoyed hosting. I am happy to do it anytime. Cammy was glad to hear the sushi was well received. She really enjoys cooking and seeing people enjoy what she has made. She said she may start sending me to meetings with sushi. We often dream of running a small brewpub in early retirement so it is nice to practice at home. Maybe when the kids are old enough to be the servers.

Business stuff. Five people have now paid dues for 2010. We also had 15 people sign up for BYO including many new subscriptions. I am really excited about saving $14 bucks a year off my subscription dues. Add that to the annual grain order and the club has some nice benefits. I will list everyone I have on the BYO list from last night on the website and give those that could not make it an opportunity to sign up. We would like to get the subscriptions started ASAP.

Finally, it was a nice good-bye for Larry. Hope you can get Slappy South up and running soon in Dallas. I know you will keep in touch and peak in on the website from time to time.

Couple more items. First I have dues from someone that paid me last night but I am one name short on the list. I think it was Tim (brownbeard) but want to double check.

Second, somebody left two CR Beer Nuts glasses I believe they purchased at the meeting on a bookshelf in the basement. Let me know whose they may be so we can get them to you. Also, thank you Brian for getting the glasses. I hope everyone in the club gets at least one. I may start bringing mine to meetings.
