This is the group that puts on Barks and Brews. I met with them last week. They have absolutely no interest in combining our two beer festivals. They sold about 225 tickets, and made $22,000 at their event.
Most of us have dogs. Many of us have rescued dogs from Last Hope. It is a noble cause.
They are hosting a fund raising event at Big Grove Iowa City on Sunday, October 21st from 1 - 4 pm. They have invited us to pour, if we are interested.
I told them I would finalize who is going, and what they will be bringing by Wednesday October 17th. The sooner we confirm we will have members going to pour, the more willing they are to market the fact we will be there.

They are going to have a tent and table for you. Set up at 12:30. Big Grove has ice.

Do we have a sign or something I can hang off the table with the club logo and name? I can print something off but if we have something more official looking that’d be good. I’ll be at the meeting tonight if somebody has something they can bring me.

Had a good time out there today at Big Grove. Had to anchor my tent to a park bench because it flipped over once and nearly took me out. Other than a brush with death it was a good day. Had about 3.5 gallons in my keg and I nearly blew it.
