coffee stout

for those that tried my stout last night and were wondering about how much coffee was added, it was 2oz of sumatra at flameout, 2oz of terrapin (in coralville) house roast dry bean for 3 days.

Yeah, that was really nice. I'm surprised that it didn't take more coffee than that.

It doesn't take much when you use good coffee. Like any other ingredient in your beer - quality pays off.
