November Happy Hour at Lion Bridge
This months Happy Hour is Sunday, November 25th.
We will be pouring from 3 PM to 5 PM.
What is needed:
1) Volunteer workers; 2 minimum, but 3-4 would be good
2) Beer contributions; in bottles and/or growlers; kegs are acceptable but you will need to bring everything you need to dispense from your keg/kegs and containers/coolers to keep your brews cold. We will pour for at least two hours, and in 2 oz samples; so we will not need tons of beer, but it is nice to have 4-6+ varieties that we could offer. And, if you like, we can go past 5 PM, but that will be up to the volunteers hosting the Happy Hour.
You can sign-up here by responding to this post, to volunteer your time and/or beer.
Let's meet at LB around 2:30 PM to set-up and be ready to go at 3 PM.
This is a great opportunity to pour your brews and get feedback from like minded people who enjoy craft beer.
Feel free to e-mail (twiggy2164@gmail.com) or PM me with questions/concerns/suggestions

Re: November Happy Hour at Lion Bridge
As stated at the meeting. This will be the last Happy Hour this calendar year. For those that were not aware, every time you provide homebrew to serve at Happy Hour you get an entry for a prize to be drawn sometime after the last Happy Hour of the year. Prizes are yet to be determined as BIY’s inventory is critically low, Daryl and I did some brainstorming and were thinking maybe credit towards the grain buy or gift cards to local breweries. The cabinet will decide on this soon and I believe the plan will be to draw winners at the Holiday party at Thew on December 8th.

I hope to be able to make it. If so I'll bring my Czech Mark, a Czech Premium Lager.

And something else...to be named later.

Re: November Happy Hour at Lion Bridge
I am planning to come, subject to the weather.
I plan to bring a chocolate porter braggot (2016 wort rally) and a sourwood braggot (golden sour ale blended with a sourwood honey mead).

I'm bringing some barrel aged sour something. I don't even know what it is for sure. I found it in a closet when we moved.

No snow here. In addition to the pilsner I'm bringing an Amber Czech Lager and "No Entry" American Amber.
