Fermentasaurus Gen 2!!!

I really like my Fermentasaurus but it has some issues. I will be getting one of these. Love the upgrades and resolution of some issues. Fixed the bottom dump that was too small, increased size from 1.5” to 3” more like the Catalyst. Better handle on butterfly valve. Sized more for 5 gallon (27L) and 10 gallon (50L) batches. Larger top opening (120 mm) to get your arm in better to clean. Stronger stand. Ability to purge CO2 from bottom collection container via ball lock fitting with an upgrade. Lid has an optional fitting for a thermowell but I probably just stick to outside still. Uses a new type of plastic similar to PET with a new resin type. More scratch resistant and handle up to 100 C temperature. Could dump in near boiling wort. The video is worth a watch. Sneak peak at a grain mill they are working on too.
