Just an FYI - to get your electronic copy of your scoresheets, you have to log into your account. At the bottom, where your entries are listed, you'll see a gavel icon. Click that to download your scoresheets.

So, we still have a task or two to wrap up for this year's Wort Rally/Pro-Am Qualifier...and one of the more important tasks is to collect feedback from you, the participants on this years event.

I am meeting with the Pro-Am staff and sponsor later this week, and would be extremely grateful if you would post here, your thoughts on:

1) What did we do well?
2) What needs improving?
3) What needs to be added or removed?

They will be incorporated into our discussions and will influence our plans for next year.

And if your comments do not fit the above three questions, please feel free to add it to your response.

If you are not comfortable in commenting publicly, please send me your thoughts in a private message...they will be presented/discussed anonymously.

Thanks,
Daryl

Whatever rain dance you did to start the weekend off, i would write that down and keep it in your back pocket for next year.

Seriously, great event, good timing, all things that didn't go smoothly can be easily fixed for next year, being this was our first time doing a sanctioned event, i think it went pretty well. Great job Daryl!

Not every Sunday before Memorial Day, is the last Sunday of the month. Sometimes it is the second to last Sunday of the month.

What are people's thoughts on having the May Happy Hour be the Sunday before Memorial Day? Is that too much of an imposition to have the brewers give up the middle of a three-day weekend?

I think it helped us draw a willing crowd.
