Was busy over the winter shutdown at work.
Bottled three batches of mead -- sourwood, tupleo, and fireweed -- all made with meyer lemons.
Racked -- 2 5-gallon batches of key lime tupelo mead and 2 5-gallon batches of meyer lemon blueberry blossom mead.
Racked -- a 9-gallon batch of raspberry/blackberry/blueberry mead; 3 6-gallon batches of mead (raspberry/blackberry/blueberry; blueberry/lime; and cherry) all made with ale yeast; 1 6-gallon batch of cyser; 1 6-gallon batch of cherry cider; 2 5-gallon batches of gueuze.
Brewed a Lambic and a Berliner Weisse.
Zested and juice 10 lbs of little fricking key limes to start 2 6-gallon batches of mead.
Well, if no one else will, I'll make the first post of 2020

Woo, Hoo!! Way to go, Pat!!
Hoping to keg my Irish Export Stout this weekend for the turn-in on the 16th. Have the Vanilla Bourbon Porter for the January Happy Hour in the keg for a few weeks now. Next in the queue, probably the Wheat Wine for October. Working on recipes.
