You're not the only one running a bit late....but we're all good.

We'll have some CO2 handy, and if we do not have enough to top off the barrel now....we'll make sure there is a solid bed of CO2 on top of it....that should be good for a week or two.

Andrew and I will have ours ready for transfer on the 24th. We sampled it on Monday to make sure it fermented out all the way. it tasted pretty good.

Sunday 24-Jan, 2pm. My house 1440 Forest Ln Marion for emptying the barrel of porter. Then we’ll put in the RIS afterward. If only dropping off RIS, 3:30 should be a good time.

I would assume we will arrange a pick up time for empty kegs some other time?
Or are you expecting people to hang out while barrel is getting filled?

Joel, I can snag your keg and bring it to my house if you like; and save a full trip into town.

We will see how the day goes, I was curious more than anything, but didn't want to pressure the men on the transfer standing over them.
