Very Sad News

Post by tony b »

If folks hadn't heard already, we lost one of our own this week - Travis Speers passed away from a brain aneurism.

Travis (Middle T) was a great guy and a true Beer Nut. He was a very good brewer and always one of the first to pitch in on any project or event. He was a young man (41) and has left us all too soon! He will be missed. Thoughts go out to his family.

That is sad, way way too young. Travis was a really nice guy.

Would the cabinet consider sending flowers on behalf of the club?

I can't find any direct info on how to donate to his memorial fund. Does anyone have a link or other info about it?

The obituary says
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Travis Speer Memorial Fund at Dupaco Credit Union.
I would start with Dupaco, they might have an online path to donate.

I've tried that approach and there's nothing showing up in the search on their website. I'm guessing that you actually have to go to one of their branches to do it?
