Bochet Class

Post by laloeb »

Pat McCusker has volunteered to run a class on making bochet. We're looking at the week of March 6th. Tuesday, the 8th, could be a good day for it if no one has an issue with it. If we hold it at a local brewery like Clock House or Thew, we'll have to start around 6:00 or 6:30 pm, since they close at 8:00.

Clock House is open until 10 PM.
With enough notice, Haley sometimes keeps the place open past 8 PM in the winter.
I plan to attend.

Sounds good. I'll reach out to Clock House first and see if we can have the class there. Thew will be the backup option. I will post here when I have a place and time confirmed.

Clock House said that they can accommodate us on the 8th. Since they are open until 10:00 pm, do we want to move the start time to an even 7:00 pm?

7pm works better for me. Gives me time for dinner before drinking.

7 pm is fine with me.

I need a reasonably good estimate of how many people are coming. I will be printing out handouts.
