So now one has brewed since October?

Post by Matt F »

I would like to see more people post when they are brewing here. I usually get zero to one people to stop by when I post so don't feel like just because you say when you are brewing you will have every member show up. Of course that could be because I am an a#%hole.

We have a lot of members that would like to see how other people brew and maybe learn a thing or two. It is a great way for people to be able to pick up a few ideas and possibly contribute some help to the brewer at hand. My brewery has been down for a while but I hope to be up and running again soon.

Dave and I have brewed but we don't want any of you slugs over to watch us make fools of ourselves. Not much fun brewing outside in the garage in the winter. Will probably wait until spring to invite people over again.

You guys do a great job. I wouldn't say you make fools of yourselves. I will post once I start brewing again. Hopefully sooner than later.

For the rest of you, don't be shy. You don't have to have a fancy system or be an expert. It helps to see how everybody gets the job done. I have had some nice beers at the club meetings so you're doing something right. It is nicer to hang out when the weather gets nicer.

Brian and Dave don't want anyone over because they don't want to share their beer.

A lot of my beer has sucked lately so I am trying to use that as an excuss to start building a beer sculpture. Might go try to find some of the materials this weekend to start building a new system.

The Brutus 10 I saw in last months BYO sure looked nice, that my be the ticket!

I was pretty toasted at the Christmas party, but like I said (many times probably) I would love to watch/learn/help anyone brew beer. Just let me know.

I started to do all-grain after watching Brian and Dave brew. So I'm just a low budget version of them. I will try to post once the weather clears up a bit.
