I will be brewing a Belgian Golden Strong on Friday. I'm going to start heating water about 3:30 or so. John's Backyard Bar and Grill will be open. The management tends to give away beer to make room for new batches, and has a large charcoal grill and charcoal.
By the way, the Monastery is at 2455 McGowan in Marion. Parking is north side of street.
