I might have some beer that I could bring if we are short or want to do hourly pours.

Dark IPA 1-3 gallons(have to double check)
Anchor Steam Clone 5 gallons if it's good, still haven't tried yet
Belgium Wit IPA 5 gallons, might not be done in time

maybe some other odds and ends

or if we are running short for the Independence BrewBBQ we can use them for that too.

Is there enough beer, if I do not bring the brown? I am not sure of it right now, and don't want to commit it to the festival, if I don't have to.

We'll discuss the final beer tally at the meeting on Thursday, plus other things to get ready - taps, CO2, etc.

If Tim bows out, Kurt did you do a final inventory on what you could offer up?

Dave, counting on you buddy! Gotta promote that IA State Fair ribbon.

If I need to bring something, I have most of a keg of IPA I can bring. I am going to keg the brown this evening. We'll see how it turns out.

Tim, we can go either way - with the IPA, unless you'd rather do the brown? We'll confirm at the meeting.

Tony,

I have 12 bottles of "Cascadian Imperial Ale", I really hate that name, and I have 5 gallons (bottles)of my Belgium IPA Wit that I tried tonight. It was bottled a week ago and is really heavy orange/coriander flavor with a back taste of bitterness. Hopefully it will even/mellow out in two weeks. If you need me to bring it let me know or if you want to give me a second opinion on bringing it I'll bring it on by your place to taste some night.

Wasn't sure if you still needed beer for this event or not. Just let me know how much if needed.

Thanks Kurt. I think the 12 bottles of the Cascadian would be a good hourly special. It shouldn't push us on the 25 gal limit.

Tom B - haven't heard from you lately. You still in with the keg of "Wise Guy" (weissenbock)? Can we count on your tap box? That should be enough taps for us.

Tim, what did you finally settle on - the IPA or the coffee bender?

Dave R still in with your IPA? Need to wear that IA State Fair Blue Ribbon to the event!!!

We still need CO2.

I will hook up with Little T to pick up the last keg of Roctoberfest at 3rd Base.

Big T, we'll need to hook up next week and hand off the banner and other paraphenalia.

Anything else??

I don't think I am going to make this festival. I have been doing a lot of beer stuff, and I need to spend a weekend doing some stuff with my boys. I do have beer for this, as I have already committed it. I will let someone else have my ticket, if they want to work the table in my place.

I will make arrangements to get the beer to the event.

I'm in, I already bought my tickets. I can pour, set up, whatever. I can bring my CO2, the 5 tap regulator and a party tap if we need it. Let me know what I can do. I can bring a porter if we need it, but it seems as though beer is covered. I can pick up beer or equipment from whoever needs it.
Again, Let me know what I need to do
