In case you haven't heard, I'm planning an in-town move sometime within the next 8 months. I'm planning to "officially" put my home on the market with a listing agent in the mid-January timeframe. Until then, I'm doing some low key FSBO marketing, via the attached flyer.

If any of you are interested or would like more information, please PM or e-mail me. If any of you know someone that might be interested, I would greatly appreciate it if you forward the flyer to them.

A handful of things to note:

1. I'm offering cash to the buyer (basically splitting the costs of listing with a realtor), which would go a long way toward a downpayment.

2. The only incentive I can offer for a referral is free apples for life, since the house I'm moving to has about 100 apple trees on the property.

3. My ideal timeframe to move would be June 2011, but I'm flexible.

4. I have additional, higher resolution pictures available.

5. The flyer doesn't say this, but I really like my current home. I'm only moving because the unique opportunity at the new property is too good to pass up.

6. Sorry for posting the flyer in this forum -- it belongs in the Bit Bucket, but this is the only forum with controlled access. (The flyer has my cell phone and e-mail address.)
