
Thanks to Karl ( Carl ? ) for the beer's name. He suggested Dark Matter. I liked it and thats what we went with.
PS Because all the draft lines are wrapped around the same glycol pack the beer is served at about 39 degrees. So let it warm up a bit. I soaked 12 lbs of oak chips in 8 bottles of Jack Daniels and made an extract with some of the RIS to add to it. I'd appreciate any feed back on how much bourbon or oak character you think it has or is lacking. I think its a little too... well I'll wait and see what you think.
